US Supreme Court lifts US travel ban restrictions

The US Supreme Court issued stays Dec. 4 on two preliminary injunctions related to the Trump Administration’s third travel ban issued Sept. 24.


American, pilots union reach agreement to avert holiday flight cancellations

American Airlines and the Allied Pilots Association (APA), which represents 14,500 American pilots, both say the holiday pilot-staffing problem has been resolved and no flights will be canceled in December because of the issue.

NTSB hearing set on American 767 ‘substantially damaged’ by 2016 engine fire

The American Airlines Boeing 767-300 that experienced an uncontained engine failure during a takeoff roll Oct. 28, 2016 at Chicago O’Hare International Airport was “substantially damaged,” according to the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
