The ability to navigate the Iran sanctions as they slowly loosen, and at that same time comply with the Ukraine-related sanctions against Russian and Ukranian individuals and entities, is especially challenging for those US companies working in the broader Caucasus.
Presentations and discussion during the seminar will look at the issues and the opportunities the changes offer so that participants may shape their business operations both profitably and legally.
Speakers from Dentons will discuss the changes and developments in both the US sanctions against Iran and the US Ukraine-related sanctions. The focus of these presentations will be on how those changes affect business in the broader Caucasus region, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
The speakers are Dentons lawyers with extensive experience with the Iranian sanctions over many years and, more recently, with the Ukraine-related sanctions.
