USC president, athletics director, coaches to take pay cuts

Bob Caslen and Ray Tanner, along with USC's 3 highest-paid coaches, volunteered for 10% cuts in response to the financial impact of the COVID-19 crisis, which the university estimated could reach $40 million by August. 

DHEC to train EMTs to test patients for COVID-19

The S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control has developed a statewide training program to allow EMTs and paramedics to test patients for COVID-19. DHEC piloted the program in Richland County in April.
