What can you do with providers who refuse COVID-19 vaccinations?

The Biden administration issued an emergency regulation in November 2021 requiring COVID-19 vaccination for healthcare workers at facilities that participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Those who refuse the vaccination and do not obtain an exemption can’t practice medicine at those facilities.
