Make your communication with others more effective by being prepared before a meeting, and checking in with your own level of energy, says Muriel Wilkins, the co-founder of Paravis Partners, who recommends stepping back or rescheduling if you're tired, frustrated or angry. "For some people, it will make things worse for them to hear that their leader is stressed out or doesn't agree or is tired. And for others, it'll actually help humanize it, it'll make it better," Wilkins says.

Animated ads yielded 25% higher brand recall than native ads for gaming, news, productivity and weather website categories and 17% higher ad recall, per eye-tracking research from ad solutions firm Emodo. Likewise, dynamic ads performed better for the four categories, with brand (61.8%) and ad (56.4%) recall achieving the highest lift for news, compared to the same ads void of animated effects.

Legislation & Regulation
Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said the Fed is "carefully monitoring" regional banks' exposure to commercial real estate lending, which totaled $2.9 trillion in May. Goldman Sachs says in a report that 67.2% of the sector's outstanding debt is with small and midsize banks, and a S&P Global Market Intelligence report shows 576 banks are facing overexposure to such debt.
