While many organizations have cultivated a strong presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, efforts still fall slightly behind when attracting the attention of a new generation of givers.
Foundationally, it’s not really about being on any one specific platform, but about how organizations interact and engage with their audiences on those platforms.
