USPS: No absentee ballots found in scattered mail that blew off recycling truck

The Dayton postal inspector said they were able to verify the scattered mailings fell off a recycling company truck that was transporting commercial mail and other advertisements to be destroyed or recycled, Dayton police posted on social media.
