  • Utah election results have been certified. President-elect Donald Trump increased his winning margin in Utah by more than one percentage point. He was outperformed by almost all other statewide and congressional Republicans. Gov. Cox receied 52.9% of the vote while Phil Lyman received more than 200,500 write-in votes for governor, capturing 13.6% of the vote. Democrat Brian King received 25.5%.
