Daylight saving time is back. Your phones should automatically update, but don't forget to set the clocks in your home an hour ahead tonight. A 2022 poll from the Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics found that "fewer than one quarter of Utahns support the current system of changing clocks by an hour every spring and fall."

The City Library is one of the world’s most popular, according to new rankings
If you've ever dreamed of visiting one of the world's most popular libraries, you don't have to go far. The City Library in Salt Lake City was ranked as the 15th most popular library in the world.
The rankings, which were determined by the language learning platform Preply, put Salt Lake City's main library in the same sphere as the Library of Congress, the Vatican Library and the New York Public Library.
“It’s pretty cool to look at this list and see that our somewhat small local library is rated up there right alongside Yale and Library of Congress, New York Public Library and Trinity College in Dublin. These are some big names, and it’s neat to see us rounding out the top 15. That’s pretty exciting,” said Quinn McQueen, the library's director of marketing and communications.

While votes are still being counted from Tuesday's GOP presidential primary caucus, the majority have been counted, revealing that less than 10% of Utah's registered Republicans voted.
As of Friday morning, 83,681 votes had been counted, and GOP chairman Rob Axson believes it could approach 100,000. But Utah has 890,637 active registered Republicans.
That number pales in comparison to the 48.6% of Utah Republican voters who submitted mail-in ballots for Utah's 2020 presidential primary and the 31.7% who voted at the 2016 GOP caucus.
“It’s certainly not as high as I would like it to be; not as high as I would like it to be when we see the election turnout in November, either. I wish more Americans leaned into the process,” Axson told the Deseret News Thursday.
