It's a deal! House and Senate GOP leaders agree to a budget deal

House and Senate leaders have agreed to a deal that will take more than $300 million in ongoing obligations and fund them with one-time money in next year's budget.

"This will allow us to bolster our ongoing revenue if we can't fix the structural imbalance by next year," said House Speaker Brad Wilson, R-Kaysville, on Tuesday afternoon.
