 | Tasmania COVID vaccine rollout to begin this month |

Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein has announced the state will receive 2,340 doses of the Pfizer vaccine each week for the first three weeks of the rollout, starting later this month. The number will then increase to 4,680 in the fourth week. The Premier said he hoped the vast majority of the Tasmanian population will get the free vaccination this year. Ten Days on the Island will fill all corners of Tasmania across three weekends in March (5-21 March) with a program that will ignite connections with communities from St Helens to Zeehan and Stanley to Sorell as well as Burnie, Launceston and Hobart. With over 45 events featuring international artists and more than 450 Tasmanian artists and community members, it's an incredibly diverse music, arts and culture festival - and we can't wait to see you there!
