Saturday, January 18, 5pm: Cornhole Tournament Yes, you heard that correctly – we are hosting a cornhole tournament here at Desert Wind Winery, and this is the first of many to come! This tournament is for beginners and professionals alike. There is a $20 entry fee to participate and a prize for one lucky winner at the end. Food and drink specials will be available for purchase. Saturday, January 25, 5-7pm: Hat Burning Class Get ready for a memorable evening of creativity, style, and community! We’re excited to host this unique hat burning and decorating class here in our tasting room. Come early for Happy Hour from 4-5pm to sip on some wine and grab a quick bite, then be ready to create at 5, when we will dive into the art of hat burning as our expert guides you through creating custom patterns and designs on your hat. We’ll provide stencils, plus an assortment of embellishments like feathers, hat bands, and vintage cards to help you personalize your look. All supplies are included. $55 per person. Friday, January 31, 5-7pm: Live Music Friday with Elaine Eagle Tender-voiced pianist Elaine is singing here in our tasting room! She blends her classical music education with modern writing sensibilities, performing a wide mix of genres along with gripping and creative original material.
