The tragic death of a Big Law partner who suffered from an "acute mental health crisis" has once again cast a spotlight on law firm culture. Our first item today looks into the difficulties the industry has faced in tackling the problem of toxic workplace culture. Also, we have a look inside a $25M case that ended in a defense win. And, although Par Funding founders face new federal charges, Eckert Seaman's proposed $45M settlement remains in limbo.
