We have just been aware ofthe Draft Decree (ver. 03) on recruitment and management of Vietnamese employees working for foreign entities in Vietnam. Given this Decree will affect operations of FDI companies and labor outsourcing firms in Vietnam, we herewith circulate for your reference and further comments.
 
VBF has not got the English version of this draft yet, we enclose herewith a  short SUMMARY in English for your background information about this draft decree (ver. 03).
