Women with a personal history of breast cancer (PHBC) have an increased risk of subsequent breast malignancy, including poorer prognosis interval cancers. Dr Julia Matheson will discuss a more sensitive surveillance modality, in the context of current evidence on safe surveillance imaging regimes.
