Video shows Grand Rapids police officer struggling with Patrick Lyoya before fatally shooting him

Patrick Lyoya, 26, was shot and killed by a Grand Rapids Police officer about 8:10 a.m. April 4 in Southeast Grand Rapids after what police said was a traffic stop.
