Customers lashing out at employees -- some to the point of violence -- over face mask policies is causing some retailers to rethink their approach to enforcing such rules in their stores. Walmart has assigned "health ambassadors" to monitor customers, but other retailers, including Lowe's and CVS, are relying on signage and on-air announcements to remind customers about store policy. Proposed unemployment changes could take months A proposed change to extra weekly unemployment benefits that would place at cap at 70% of workers' previous salaries would require eight to 20 weeks for most state unemployment insurance systems to follow, according to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.
