Join us for the second installmentof our weekly interactive forum as we continue to discuss how faculty can continue to teach, conduct research, and work together in an unprecedented time.
In this session, we’ll explore how to enjoy, not just endure, teaching online, and how to manage workloads while working remotely.
This forum will include Flower Darby, director of teaching for student success at Northern Arizona University and author of the recent article, “How to Recover the Joy of Teaching After an Online Pivot.” It'll also include Joy Connolly, president of the American Council of Learned Societies, who will discuss how scholarship may change in this difficult period. The session will be hosted by Ian Wilhelm, a Chronicle editor, and Bryan Alexander, a leading higher ed thinker and futurist.
Please bring your questions to ask at the event or share them beforehand by emailing ci@chronicle.com.
