John, How much, where can I verify it and why.

Hi John!
Good Faith Estimate charges for property taxes and
homeowner's insurance still confuse people who've bought
several homes.
So when first time home buyers from Little Elm, Texas asked
these 3 questions about real estate taxes and property
insurance, I was impressed...
* Where can property taxes on the Good Faith Estimate be
* Why does a lender ask for one year of paid property taxes
at closing if taxes are included in the mortgage payment?
* Is it normal for the lender to ask for 15 months of home
insurance upfront?
These are such bright questions, I wish they'd asked more!
