Whether it’s loading up her car to move someone’s belongings or assisting a struggling pedestrian to cross the road, she’s the one who steps up.

Although she found excitement in her sales job, Frost felt a void and decided to redirect her efforts toward community service.

Transitioning to the role of vice president at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire, she passionately raised money for initiatives like student scholarships, finding satisfaction in making a positive impact.

“I really, truly just needed something that I went to bed at night that’s fulfilling and a good feeling that I did something to give back,” Frost said about her decision to switch careers.

Cady Hickman, who works with Frost, can attest to her selflessness, noting that Frost never puts herself above others.

Hickman shared a story where Frost stood in the rain to support her singing during a neighborhood event.

“It is above and beyond what you expect of a co-worker. But if she’s able to do something for others, she’ll do it,” said Hickman. “I think truly, her actions in the day-to-day speak so much louder than all her accomplishments.”

Last year, Frost expanded her philanthropic efforts by joining the Bow Rotary Club and dedicating more of her time to volunteering. Frost said that working with a group of like-minded people to give back to the community is a great feeling.

Her job at the Boys and Girls Club doesn’t require direct interaction with kids, but Frost makes it a point to visit the infant room or the kids’ area every day.

“That’s the best part of coming to work, seeing their smiles and laughter, playing games and getting support on their homework,” said Frost.

Looking ahead, Frost envisions a long-term commitment to the organization, expressing her desire to contribute to its growth through its various programs.

“I think I found my home when it comes to work,” she said. “I just want to do unto others as I’d want them to do unto myself.”
