After a successful inaugural year in 2023, we’re proud to announce that the 2024 Leading for Impact Awards are now open for nominations. Let’s celebrate our
outstanding leaders in the Victorian cancer workforce. Who will you nominate?

Leading for Impact Awards 2024

Nominations now open

These awards are open to cancer workforce professionals or consumers involved in the cancer healthcare sector, working in Victorian-based organisations. Nominate an individual or a team by Thursday 12 September 5.00pm AEST.

Award categories

There are three Leading for Impact Awards categories:


Outstanding Team Leader

An individual with positive influence, committed to their own personal development, has strong ‘people-building’ skills, and sees possibilities through the introduction of innovative practices. They make things happen.


Outstanding Leadership by Example

An individual who exemplifies significant leadership skills such as the ability to lead and guide staff, develop staff talents, and successfully manage an efficient and effective unit, team or organisation at the highest level. They promote teamwork and collaboration and have worked to improve their unit, team or organisation.


Outstanding Change-maker

An impactful team in cancer clinical care, research or education achieving better patient outcomes.
