Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
1. No Purchase Necessary; Consent to Contact for Marketing or Sales Purposes. No purchase is necessary to participate or win; a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You agree Clarion Events, Inc. (“Clarion”) may use the information submitted for this sweepstakes for business purposes, including sales and marketing contact. 2. Sweepstakes Sponsor. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Clarion Events, Inc., 100 South Hartford Ave, Suite 100, Tulsa, OK 74120. Clarion reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, or otherwise alter this sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable law and regulations, at its sole discretion. 3. Eligibility Requirements. Participation in this sweepstakes is restricted to those 18 and older. Employees of Clarion, its agents, and members of those households, as well as Clarion’s conference partners/sponsors, are excluded from participating. You may not participate in this sweepstakes if doing so is prohibited by the rules of your employer. By consenting to enter into this sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 4. How To Play. In order to be eligible for the sweepstakes, you must complete the following survey and provide your name and contact information. 5. Duration. The sweepstakes entries will be accepted from February 5th, 2024 until Feb 29th, 2024. The prize will be awarded on March 1st 2024. 6. Prize. Four (4) winners will be selected to win one of four (4) $100 Amazon gift cards. 7. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8. Selection and Notification of Winner. The winner will be selected by Clarion representative randomly picking one entry on or around March 1st, 2024. The winner will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone. You may request the name of the winner by contacting Gina Nolan at Gina.Nolan@clarionevents.com. 9. Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. The winner agrees to execute an affidavit that they meet all of the eligibility requirements, that their participation and winning does not violate the rules of their employer and a release of liability. The winner will not have been deemed to accept the prize until the foregoing have been met, in Clarion’s sole discretion. 10. Limitation of Liability. Clarion assumes no liability in connection with misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any injuries or losses caused by a prize awarded in the sweepstakes or by participation in the sweepstakes. 11.
