Consumer Engagement Forum 2024


On Monday 9 December, our 6th annual Consumer Engagement Forum will be held in partnership with Bendigo Health and Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Services. To be held in regional Victoria for the first time, the theme ‘A Shared Vision: Equity for all’ will explore how   engaging diverse communities and building sustainable partnerships can help drive change across all pillars of cancer control: research, education, and clinical care. Transformative health equity programs underway


The VCCC Alliance is leading the way in ensuring that all cancer patients in Victoria will receive the most equitable and best treatment during their cancer journey, with several new projects set to get underway.

Consumers across Victoria join pioneering Cancer Consumer-led Research program


Fifteen Victorians who have experienced cancer – consumers – have joined newly-established working groups to play an integral role in the $1.6 million Victorian government-funded statewide Cancer Consumer-led Research Program.

Teaching Assistant, Foundations of Cancer (Casual)

The Master of Cancer Sciences is a fully online two-year part time course offered jointly by the VCCC Alliance and the University of Melbourne. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant in the Foundations of Cancer subject to support a tutorial group of up to 25 online graduate students.

Scholarships: Paediatric Cancer Nurse Research Training

Applications close 5.00pm, Tuesday 10 December

Are you a nurse in Australia or New Zealand involved in the care of children with cancer? We are offering a limited number of scholarships for nurses across Australia and New Zealand involved in paediatric cancer to complete our Essential Research Skills for Clinical Nurses online course. Scholarships will cover enrolment costs.
