• Georgia to Use New Audit Tool to Assess Vote Count Accuracy—Is It Ready? (November 6) Georgia’s next step is not examining its presidential vote. Instead, it will audit another contest to vouch for its election system’s overall accuracy.
• Why Trump’s Lawsuits Are Having Little Impact on the Vote Counts (November 5) The Trump campaign’s lawsuits have been filed late, target small issues and are error-ridden. They have not stopped vote counts or disqualified ballots to reverse any results.
• Wednesday Morning: Biden Well-Positioned, as Trump Prematurely Claims Win (November 4) If Biden wins Nevada, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin, he has 270 Electoral College votes, enough to win the presidency without Pennsylvania's votes.
