Enjoy Wagyu steak in style this August

Looking for a sizzling dinner to thrill your tastebuds? Book a table at Hot Stone, a steak and sushi restaurant, and tuck into one of their signature wagyu steaks, an incredibly popular dish as the steak is served on volcanic rocks.

The steak arrives at your table on the special volcanic stones, which are heated up to 450°c Celsius in a purpose-built oven. They remain hot for an hour, so you can cook your meat for as long or as little as you like at your table, and enjoy the delicious wagyu exactly how you like it.

Why is this cooking method so popular? You end up with evenly cooked, juicy wagyu in a matter of minutes, and you can season it to your own taste too. Pair it with sharp jalapeno and ponzu sauce for a nice little heat or simply with salt and pepper, the classic way.

Is your mouth watering yet? Tap the blue button below to find out more and book a table for your next date night or special occasion.
