The goal of the app is to free up employees “from monotonous, repetitive tasks, allowing more time and focus for improving the customer/member experience,” said Walmart. What do you think about using AI to help manage monotonous office tasks? Positive? Negative? Let us know. -- Let us know in the comments here, or email your thoughts to the SN staff at contactus@supermarketnews.com. Please include your name and job title. WHAT DO YOU THINK? |
