Walmart, in an attempt to retain young talent, is inviting high-school students to participate in a program that offers job flexibility, free ACT and SAT prep courses, and free college credit through its "Live Better U's College Start" initiative. Walmart hopes that extending this program to high-school students will help boost college enrollments and fill job needs within the company.
