Get ready to rock at Symphony Under the Stars this Saturday, when the incredible Perth Symphony Orchestra takes to the stage at Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex.

Start gathering up your unwanted household junk and give it a second life by dropping it off for free at our annual Community Waste Drop-Off Weekend this Saturday and Sunday.

Symphony Under the Stars at Kingsway

Get ready to rock this Saturday and join us for a spectacular evening under the stars with the Perth Symphony Orchestra as they perform your favourite Aussie rock hits!

Boogie along to some iconic rock tunes, enjoy pre-show entertainment, kids’ activities and food options – it's the perfect night out for the whole family.

The free Symphony Under the Stars event starts at 8pm on Saturday 25 February at Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex.

Get rid of household clutter this weekend

Give your unwanted tyres, e-waste, clothing, bulk cardboard and polystyrene a second life by dropping them off for free at our annual Community Waste Drop-Off Weekend this Saturday and Sunday.

Now is the perfect time to delve into the shed, home office and wardrobe and purge those items you no longer need!

Awards highlight our incredible volunteers

The City's Australia Day Awards recognise and thank people who have made a significant contribution to the City of Wanneroo community.

This year, three residents and one not-for-profit organisation were celebrated.

From founding an all-abilities football program to providing food for those in need, our recipients all play important roles in our community.

Come to Quinns Rocks Sunset Sounds

Pack a picnic and soak up the sunset sounds at this family-friendly concert held at Belhaven Park, Quinns Rocks.

Dance the night away to local music, grab a bite to eat from a range of food trucks, and keep your kids entertained with free rides and activities.

Come down and join the fun on Saturday 4 March from 5pm.

Autumn social sports are back at Kingsway

Keep fit with your friends this autumn with Kingsway Indoor Stadium’s line-up of adult social sports.

Join the popular futsal competition, try your hand at our new volleyball competition or sign up for ladies and mixed netball.

Witness the fitness this autumn and build your own social sports teams today.

Yanchep Two Rocks Access Centre is on the move

The Yanchep Two Rocks Access Centre (YTRAC) is moving to Yanchep Community Centre.

The centre offers local residents easy access to City services without needing to drive to the Wanneroo Civic Centre.

The current office on Yanchep Beach Road is now closed and will reopen at the Yanchep Community Centre, 7 Lagoon Drive, on Monday 20 March.

Calling all local small businesses

The City is partnering with the Wanneroo Business Association to deliver the Wanneroo Business Expo 2023.

Local businesses can register for a full day of networking opportunities at The Marina Mindarie on Thursday 30 March.

Great Cocky Count

Every April, the Great Cocky Count calls on Western Australians to count as many black cockatoos as possible on a single night.

To get involved, register for the information session on 2 March.
