Don't like fruits and vegetables?
You're not alone — this is a common barrier to healthy eating. If you're not a fan of fruits and veggies, here are a few strategies to try: 1. Find a few that you do like and eat them more often. 2. Try vegetables you've never had. Add them to your favorite soups, or replace some of the meat in casseroles or pizzas with vegetables. 3. Include fresh fruit with your cereal, and stir fruit into low-fat yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese.
