This evening at 6:00 pm, just ahead of his 100th day in office, President Biden will deliver his first address to a Joint Session of Congress.

The last 100 days have been historic. President Biden and Vice President Harris have led the way to help coordinate an unprecedented mass vaccination plan that has gotten more than 200 million shots in arms in less than 100 days, and now more than half of American adults have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose.

They've worked with Democrats in Congress to deliver urgent relief, passing the American Rescue Plan to send millions of stimulus checks to Oregonian and American families, and get much-needed support to help reopen schools safely. Meanwhile, not a single Republican voted to support that bill.

Now, President Biden and Vice President Harris are focused on building back our economy stronger than ever before. The American Jobs Plan is a massive set of investments to repair, rebuild, and transform America's infrastructure for the future and tackle the climate crisis while creating millions of good-paying jobs.

And tonight, President Biden will unveil his American Families Plan to invest in kids and families through programs like universal access to free Pre-K for 3- and 4-year-olds, making two years of community college free for all Americans, providing comprehensive paid family and medical leave, and so much more.
