Wayne County Republican canvassers can’t rescind their votes to certify election, says Secretary of State

A unanimous vote in Wayne County this week cleared the way for the Board of State Canvassers to certify the statewide count during a scheduled Nov. 23 meeting, but two Republican county canvassers moving to rescind their votes could throw a wrench into the process of making Michigan’s results official.
