 | The WorldRiverRun 2021
The World River Run, a 4-day global activation campaign to raise awareness on the value of our rivers, organised by Mina Guli and the Thirst Foundation, started on Global Running Day (2 June), and ended on World Environment Day (5 June). As partner we actively participated, as rivers supply our drinking water, combat climate change etc. A huge thank you to Mina Guli and her team for organising such a successful campaign again, over 209,000KM has been run across 119 countries! |
 | Turning challenges into opportunities for scale in Bangladesh
Many water and sanitation operators, like SWEEP in Bangladesh were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Aqua for All granted SWEEP emergency funding to protect its frontline workers and adjust its marketing strategies. Find out more about how a small grant helped SWEEP increase the demand for its sanitation services and ensure the safety of frontline workers. |
