Lafayette community leaders share their hopes for the city this year

Whether one calls it a vision board or a dream board, the act of visualizing what you want to achieve in life can be helpful for long-term planning and motivation. A vision board is typically a collage of images, words, drawings and affirmations that represent what someone wants to achieve — and many people ring in the new year by creating one either physically or online. 

We asked these Acadiana community leaders what they would put on a vision board for 2025.  

From improving youth programs to increasing efficiency in City Hall, these are their visions for this year.

Judge denies Blue Cross request for new trial in case with $421 million judgment. What's next?
