• ¼ cup Diamond Crystal or 2 Tbsp. Morton kosher salt
• 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
• 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. granulated garlic
• 1 tsp. paprika
• ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 rack St. Louis–style pork spareribs
• ½ cup Spicy Cola Barbecue Sauce or Ginger-Mustard Barbecue Sauce
• Vegetable oil (for grill)
