Hello from Santa Rosa! I hope you’ve been staying healthy, safe and well in the midst of our continuously changing world. A few months ago, I updated you with some exciting developments from the McDougall Team, and I am proud to say the launch of our inaugural online course, 12-Days to Dynamic Health, has exceeded our expectations! Being able to bring the McDougall Program to people all over the world, in the comfort and safety of their homes, is a dream come true. Today, I am excited to reveal the first part of our brand new look! We have a new, modernized logo with fresh colors and easier-to-read fonts, all to better serve you - our incredible community. While some things have changed, some things will always remain the same - our commitment to serving you. All of the wonderful free information is still on our website such as: We miss spending time with you, but that doesn’t mean we can’t stay connected.
