Start your busy day with balance. Wellness Yoga is for all skill levels and will be led by a certified yoga instructor. New yoga mats are provided for use and each participant will receive a yoga mat bag and-stainless steel water bottle to take home. Each session is limited to 100 participants and is free to attend.
