We need to talk about replacing you, Friend

Let’s say you didn’t work for the next two weeks...

How much money would you make?

If you said, “As much as usual.”

CONGRATS... you have a business!

But...

If you said, “Not very much,” or worse, “none”...

Then I’m sorry, but you have a job.

Now it might be a high paying job...

And that’s good...

But it’s a job nonetheless.

A job is where we must trade time to make money.

A job requires 40, 50, 60 hours or more of your time each week or you don’t get paid.

How long can that go on?

Today we’re going to have a serious, but productive, conversation about replacing you.

Consider the following:

What parts of your business should be automated?

What could be delegated to an employee or virtual assistant?

What are you doing that doesn’t need to be done at all?

When we replace you in your “job”... (even if just 5 to 10 hours a week at first)...

That’s one of the biggest steps you can take towards having a real business.

Because a job is a prison (albeit a nice cushy one for some folks, I’m sure).

But only a cash-flowing business gives you true freedom.

And freedom is everything.

It’s why I coach entrepreneurs from all over the world to develop discipline & structure so that...

Freedom is the goal.
