Hello John,

ACDIS is conducting a CDI research series and we need your input! 

As a valued CDI professional, we ask that you please take a few moments to complete this 18-question survey. No names or contact information will be collected, and survey results will be collated and shared in aggregate. The survey includes questions on denials management, proactive CDI, and CDI beyond hospital walls.

The results will be published in a series of research reports made freely available to CDI professionals nationwide, as well as a series-concluding webinar panel later in the year.
