How Enterprise Connect is Bringing the Industry Together in 2021
Dear Colleague:

As General Manager and Program Co-Chair of Enterprise Connect, I’m excited to share our plans for virtual and in-person events throughout 2021.

We can expect next year to be almost as challenging for enterprise communications decision-makers as this 2020 has been. As you look ahead to 2021, you’re facing decisions about how to keep your end-users collaborating effectively, how best to stay close to your customers, and how to allocate investments in an unpredictable environment. It’ll be more critical than ever to keep up with the technology and market factors that underlie the decisions you’ll have to make.

That’s why we at Enterprise Connect will bring the industry together, with multiple events to help you get the knowledge you need to navigate these challenges and plan for 2021 and beyond.
Here’s what we’ve got planned, and some content that’s already available to help you dig into the issues:
  • January 20: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
  • April 14: Using Teams as Your Phone System
  • June 9: Driving User Adoption & Getting the Most out of Teams
  • Cost: Complimentary
Join us online for a complimentary virtual event focused on the strategic technology trends that will drive your enterprise communications over the next 3 years. From contact centers to video systems to the future of technology in the office, our program will show you what’s coming, and why you need to prepare for it now.
We plan to hold our in-person event at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, FL the week of September 27, and we’d love to have you join us. We are implementing safety protocols to ensure your well-being, so you can get the full in-person experience of the industry’s largest and longest-running independent event. Attend expert-led conference sessions; keynotes from industry leaders; networking opportunities; and the only expo floor with all the major vendors, side-by-side for you to compare.

And if you can’t join us in Orlando, you’ll be able attend a virtual component of the Orlando event, that includes full access to the sessions as they happen, with online experiences tailored for our remote attendees.
So here’s what I’d love for you to do: Connect with us now at the links above, and be on the lookout for more resource links and information about our 2021 event line-up. I’d also love to hear from you directly. Just e-mail directly at eric.krapf@informa.com or connect with us on Twitter @enterprisecon, to let us know what’s shaping your communications & collaboration world as we head into 2021, and how Enterprise Connect can help you address these issues.
