If you missed our earlier email, we are very excited to announce: we’ve upgraded our account system. This new system will make it easier for you to access the arts journalism you rely on.
As of now, the changes are live!
Starting now, when you go to sign in on the website, you'll need to create a new account: We promise it's a quick and easy process, and shouldn't take more than five minutes to complete.
In order to create an account, you will need to follow a few steps.
Click the “sign in” button on the top right of the site and click "I don't have an account."
Enter your email address in the prompt - be sure to pick your newsletter preferences!
Check your inbox for a confirmation email and verify your email address.
Do you want to create a password? No problem. Once you click the link to verify your email, you should be taken to the new My account page. If not, you can select “My account” from the top right of any page on our website. There, you’ll see a link to create a password. Follow the instructions, and your password will be created.
Note: if you created a password in our previous system, that password will not transfer over for security reasons. You’ll have to follow the instructions above to set a new password.
