Hello Reader,

So US stocks had their worst week since January 2016 last week… then rallied a little yesterday.

Welcome to the new normal! Sure, there was plenty of news pushing stocks around: the Facebook data nightmare, the burgeoning trade war with China, Jay Powell’s interest rate hike.

But as I’ve been saying… this is the new regime. Volatility is back.

If you watched my documentary, Generation Short Vol, you’ll know I said I’d share what investors need to do in this new environment.

There are no easy solutions, but there are solutions. Get mine through the link below.

Break Glass in Case of Emergency

Relevant note (you’ll see why): my wife and I had a random discussion about a random thing in the car on Sunday, and Facebook started serving us ads about the random thing when we got home, which is really disturbing.

I said this in The Daily Dirtnap last week – a general revulsion of technology has begun (so you don’t want to be exposed to FANG), and this kind of thing is why.
