It's up to us to stop them

Friend,

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai wants to get rid of Net Neutrality, and he's reportedly set to release his plan as early as this month. In fact, he's already unveiled this plan to Comcast lobbyists in a closed-door meeting.

Time is of the essence: Please chip in $10 or more today to fight back.

Thanks—

Collette

Friend,

They’re lining up against Net Neutrality — and it’s up to us to stop them.

Last week, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai — a former Verizon lawyer — met with cable- and phone-company lobbyists to outline his plan to get rid of Net Neutrality.1 He wants to ditch the strong FCC rules that protect the open internet and instead ask internet service providers to “voluntarily” enforce Net Neutrality.

Keep in mind that these are the same companies that sued to overturn the Net Neutrality rules and are still fighting in Congress to undermine them.

Don’t let Pai and his industry friends build momentum. Chip in $5, $10, $20 or more today to help win this fight and protect Net Neutrality.

When congressional Republicans voted a few weeks ago to erase broadband privacy, we didn’t go down quietly. Your voices are loud and clear on internet-freedom issues, and you’ve pushed Democratic lawmakers to gear up for a fight.2

Now, we’re working with our allies to unite a coalition that’s even bigger than the 4 million voices it took to pass real Net Neutrality protections in the first place. We want to make it clear, once and for all, that protecting the open internet is not negotiable.

Donate today to help save the internet with a movement Trump can’t ignore.

Chairman Pai is meeting this week with powerful companies like Amazon, Google and Netflix to try to sell them on his watered-down plan — so we can’t waste a second in the campaign to fight back.3

While Congress is on recess over the next two weeks, we will be mobilizing people like you to flood congressional offices and town halls and speak out about this issue. Your donations will help lift up the voices of everyday people whose lives are most impacted in this fight, including media makers, communities of color and resistance fighters. Your ability to connect and communicate shouldn’t be up for sale, and we’re ready to activate the masses to save the internet you love.

We can win again. Your support makes it possible.

Thanks for all that you do—
