SEI on pressures facing wealth managers

This week’s top story is Philippa Aylmer’s interview with SEI’s Brett Williams. “There are more opportunities than ever, but maximising those opportunities is risky and expensive,” he says. “Wealth managers are under increasing pressure to offer technology-driven efficiency and superior user experiences, while also keeping pace with the increasing regulation.”

In other news, Broadridge announced this week that it is to buy FundsLibrary and we also carried a report on its survey that showed that advisers are increasingly turning to ETFs over mutual funds.
