Empowering SMEs for Global Climate Action: Innovation, Finance, and Policy Partnerships

The urgency to address global climate change has never been more pressing. With the upcoming COP29 in Azerbaijan in November 2024, the international community is focusing on innovative solutions and collaborative efforts to mitigate climate impacts. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in this transition due to their agility, innovation, and potential for widespread impact. Coupled with the support of financial institutions like the US Export-Import (EXIM) Bank and private commercial banks there is significant potential to enhance the global export of green technologies and drive meaningful climate action.
