BoomTown to open office in Fort Mill

Real estate marketing software platform BoomTown plans to open an office outside of Charlotte in Fort Mill, for its second office in South Carolina. The company is based in Charleston and has other offices in Atlanta, San Diego and San Francisco.

Carolina One, PunchList form home repair partnership

Carolina One and PunchList’s partnership will provide clients and agents with repair estimates within 24 hours and access to licensed contractors and support personnel. The agreement is similar to one Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and HomeAdvisor launched last year.

Milliken & Co. closes deal on Borchers

Milliken & Co., a global diversified manufacturer based in Spartanburg, has formally acquired Borchers Group Ltd., a global specialty chemicals company that makes high-performance coating additives and specialty catalyst solutions.

Helping Out

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic donated 634 pints of blood in 2019, despite weather-related issues that canceled two of the center’s 22 blood drives last year. The donation total broke their previous record from 2017.
