S.C. Ports cuts costs amid pandemic 

The S.C. Ports Authority is cutting costs by 10% to account for slowing container volumes amid the coronavirus pandemic. The port will not lay off any full-time staff and does not anticipate interruption in operations with cost-cutting measures in place.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare has named Brian White as its new president and CEO, the system’s first top executive since the health care system restructured. White comes to Roper St. Francis from Bon Secours Mercy Health.
