| Automotive suppliers invited to matchmaking event The S.C. Automotive Council is hosting a virtual automotive B2B matchmaking event May 11 during the S.C. Automotive Summit. The event is open to any company that has a South Carolina location and manufactures a product, part, material or that provides a service. Attendees are limited to two per company. Dallas company to acquire Immedion Greenville's Immedion will be acquired by Dallas-headquartered DartPoints, owner and operator of edge colocation data centers. The two companies announced Tuesday that an agreement was signed to make the sale complete in the next few months. | 
Charleston received the $10 million grant to help fight flooding in one of the high-traffic businesses centers of the city, which also is one of the most flood prone. The money will be used for drainage tunnel underneath Ehrhardt Street.
