Your options are a bit limited this week because of the six teams on bye, so hopefully you locked in some points in that Seahawks-Cowboys matchup on Thursday night. If not, you might have some ground to make up on Sunday.
And we're here to help. In today's newsletter, we've got the latest injury updates you need to know about along with my updated rankings for every position, plus my flex top-125. And, if you have any more questions, you can head to Twitter and use the hashtag "#AskFFT", where our whole team will be answering questions all morning. Then, at 11:30 a.m. ET, the whole FFT team will be live on the  FFT YouTube channel until kickoff answering all of your questions in the chat.
Now, here's everything you need to set your Week 13 lineup, plus the latest on injuries and more:
It would be a mistake to say there are no injuries at the QB position in Week 13, because, well, we've been dealing with injuries all season long and have many starters missing due to long-term injuries. But as far as just this week, things are good, with Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion) the only starter ruled out on the injury report. Joe Flacco will start for the Browns this week, and while expectations are rightly pretty low, I do think there's a chance he's the best non-Deshaun Watson option this team can put out there. Things are kind of grim.

The biggest concern at the running back position for Week 13 is already settled, as Jonathan Taylor had surgery on his thumb injury and will reportedly miss 3-5 weeks while recovering. That forces Zack Moss into the starting role for the Colts -- and back into your starting lineups in pretty much all circumstances. Moss has been the lead back for the Colts eight times going back to the end of last season, and he's averaged 16.3 PPR points per game, and he was even better earlier this season than that. He's a must-start Fantasy option as long as Taylor is out.
Otherwise, the RB position is in pretty good shape as far as injuries go right now. Aaron Jones (knee) is out, as expected, as he still hasn't practiced due to his lingering injury. AJ Dillon is in the RB2/3 discussion with a tough matchup against the Chiefs on the way. On the other side of that one, Jerick McKinnon (groin) has been ruled out, which makes Isiah Pacheco a stronger start -- he was targeted five times last week against the Raiders with McKinnon out.
The other key names on the injury report all look like they're going to play. That includes Breece Hall (hamstring), De'Von Achane (knee), Dalvin Cook (shoulder), and Ezekiel Elliott (thigh), though there is seemingly more uncertainty around the latter two (who you probably shouldn't be relying on in Fantasy anyways). The one concern here is Travis Etienne (chest), and only because he doesn't play until Monday night. However, reports indicate he is expected to play against the Bengals. If you have Joe Mixon as an alternative, you could just slide him in in case Etienne is unexpectededly inactive; otherwise, D'Ernest Johnson would probably be preferred over Tank Bigsby if you need one, but they'll likely split work, at least.
We should spend some time talking about how to handle Achane, of course. He was removed from the injury report and will play after missing last week's game with a knee injury. He's played just one game since Week 5, and made it through just three snaps when he tried to come back two weeks ago, which makes it tough to trust him here. We know how good Achane can be in this offense when he's right, with 35.6 points per game in his three healthy, full games, which makes it hard to go away from him here. But we don't know what kind of role he's going to have, nor whether he can make it through a full game. I'm starting Achane where I have him, but I'm ranking him more like an RB2, given the uncertainty.

There are plenty of injuries at the wide receiver position to cover heading into Sunday of Week 13, but the nice thing is, most of the biggest names are expected to play at this point. That includes Keenan Allen (shoulder), Chris Olave (concussion), Tee Higgins (hamstring), Tank Dell (calf), Marquise Brown (heel), Chris Godwin (neck), and Noah Brown (knee).
Now, of course, all of those names are of equal quality, nor or their health statuses equal just because they're all expected to play. Higgins is a WR3 with Jake Browning replacing Joe Burrow since the last time he played, and Godwin feels especially risky, both given his middling production and reports that he still has to test it out before the game to be sure he'll play. I'm viewing both in the WR3 range, with decent upside, but also very low floors. I don't mind trying to avoid them even if they do play.
Allen is a must-start, obviously, but I do have a bit of concern here. He's been on the injury report several times over the past few weeks with various injuries, including to his shoulders. He's played through them and mostly played well, but it's fair to wonder how long he can keep that up given the injuries. And, given the matchup against a Patriots team the Chargers should beat fairly easily (famous last words with the Chargers, I know), in what figures to be pretty cold, wet conditions, the Chargers might be able to get away from leaning on Allen quite as heavily as they typically do. That doesn't mean I'm sitting Allen, but I'm probably avoiding him in DFS if I can, at least.
Among the players whose status we're more unsure of entering Sunday's games, Jayden Reed (chest) is probably the most relevant one. He managed a limited practice Friday due to this lingering injury, but seemed to suggest throughout the week that his absence was more of a precaution than anything else. Reed has shown some really strong playmaking chops in both the running and receiving game, and the Packers clearly want to get the ball in his hands, but he's a risky WR3 for me this week.

The biggest news at tight end as of Sunday morning is the status of Trey McBride, who is expected to play through a groin injury after getting back to practice late in the week. McBride's emergence as a high-value member of the Cardinals offense was enough for them to grant Zach Ertz his release this week, and that should guarantee McBride remains in the must-start range at TE moving forward. He has at least 13 PPR points in three of his past five games, with at least seven targets in four of five. He's a top-five option at this point.
Dallas Goedert (forearm) is getting close to returning, but he won't be active this week. He got a limited practice in Friday, and I'd guess we'll see him ramp up next week in hopes of playing in Week 14 against the Cowboys. He'll be joined on the sidelines by Dalton Schultz (hamstring), with Brevin Jordan a desperation No. 2 option if you need one to replace Schultz.
