Is Jauan Jennings the best player in the NFL?! He looked like it on Sunday! I'm not sure what to expect from Jennings going forward, but he should be on 100% of rosters after what we saw in Week 3.
Also, pick up Bucky Irving, of course. I've been raving about him for months, so I doubt this applies. He's rostered in 77% of CBS leagues.
Week 4 Waiver Wire Targets:
Quarterback
Andy Dalton - Hopefully you grabbed Dalton last week. He's not going to be cheap at this point, especially if he's still available in any Superflex leagues. I have Dalton ranked at QB17 for Week 4, ahead of Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, and Derek Carr.
Running Back
Tank Bigsby - He barely played in a blowout loss, so maybe he re-injured his shoulder. Or maybe the Jags were just playing it safe. I haven't seen anything official. What I have seen is this offense struggle to get anything going outside of Bigsby's runs. Travis Etienne has not looked like his usual self. The passing game has regressed. If Bigsby is healthy enough to tote the rock double-digit times, I'd expect that type of workload soon.
Tyrone Tracy - The electric rookie out of Purdue touched the ball seven times on offense in Week 3. Previously, his high was three. Next up is a Dallas Cowboys defense that has been gashed on the ground in an embarrassing way recently. The Ravens chose to not even run a real-life NFL offense (seriously, Lamar Jackson had a career-low 47 air yards in the game), and that was totally fine. Dallas couldn't do anything about it.
Maybe Tracy gets more opportunities in Week 4 and looks good enough to warrant even more going forward! Or, maybe Devin Singletary gets 25+ touches and gets dinged up. That's a ton of touches! Regardless of what happens, Tracy is a priority stash for me. He brings exciting dual-threat explosive play ability and may be a Fantasy league-winner late in the season.
Emanuel Wilson - This is one of the few players who I truly don't know anything about. But he runs hard! And he's been effective. If Josh Jacobs were to suffer an injury, this is the next man up, and the Packers have been giving him some work as is. With MarShawn Lloyd on the IR, Wilson is worth rostering if you have spot for a speculative lottery ticket type of stash.
Roschon Johnson - With Travis Homer out, Johnson stepped into a prominent passing downs role for the Bears. D'Andre Swift has been the worst RB in the NFL so far. Johnson might end up getting more reps.
Isaac Guerendo - Jordan Mason looked a bit exhausted in Week 3. That could just be in my head, but the man has handled a massive workload to start the season. Guerendo is the clear fill-in if Mason were to go down.
Wide Receiver
Darnell Mooney - He's playing a significant role and looks like Atlanta's most electric YAC creator. The offense is slowly picking up steam. I prefer to roster a stash RB lottery ticket to a WR4 or WR5 type of player, but if you need a fill-in starter, Mooney's not a bad option.
Jauan Jennings - His Week 3 performance came completely out of nowhere. Still, he's been a solid player in the past and Brock Purdy clearly trusts him. Add and start him, and hope for the best! The workload that Jennings saw last week was too strong to ignore. Oh, and he's been charted as one of the most open players on the year!
Tutu Atwell - Don't sleep! Atwell was second on the Rams in routes run in Week 3. Sean McVay creates such easy looks for Atwell.
Xavier Legette - Adam Thielen may go on the IR, and so we are likely going to see Carolina's Round 1 rookie step into a full-time role with Jonathan Mingo and Tommy Tremble as his top competition for targets that don't go to Diontae Johnson.
Josh Downs - The Colts were intentional in trying to design touches for Downs in his first game back, but the offense was again dysfunctional. Things probably won't improve much against a Steelers defense that looks like the best in the NFL. A Downs breakout is likely coming at some point. I want to be ahead of it.
Jahan Dotson - If DeVonta Smith misses the Week 4 game, Dotson will have a prime opportunity against a susceptible Bucs secondary.
Tight End
Tyler Conklin - Aaron Rodgers finally threw him the ball! Conklin has been registering one of the highest route participation rates each week, but it didn't matter until Week 3.
Erick All - If you want a deep-league TE with sleeper upside, All might just be him.
