Last week, we lost Javonte Williams to a season-ending knee injury and saw Jonathan Taylor suffer an injury that would cost him at least one week. This week, we lost at least one more starting running back to what looks to be a long-term injury, and there were a few other injuries that could really shake up Fantasy lineups at least in Week 6 -- and maybe for longer.
And, remember, injuries aren't the only thing we'll have to watch out for this week -- D'Andre Swift, Jamaal Williams, Derrick Henry, Josh Jacobs, and Dameon Pierce are out just the running backs we'll be missing in Week 6 with the first byes of the season upon us. You really -- really --  might need some help. I've got the latest news from around the league you need to know about coming out of Sunday's games in today's newsletter, plus the top waiver-wire options as we look ahead to Week 6.

Rashaad Penny's awful luck continued Sunday, as he is likely headed for surgery on his ankle after suffering a fractured tibia. That makes Kenneth Walker III arguably the most valuable player we've seen on the waiver wire this year, though unfortunately, Penny's injury isn't the only one we've got to worry about.
Here are the rest of the injuries we're keeping an eye on coming out of Sunday, with more in-depth thoughts on what each means here
Here's who I'm looking at coming out of Sunday's action:
Top targets:
  1. Kenneth Walker III, RB, Seahawks (68%)
  2. Eno Benjamin, RB, Cardinals (21%)
  3. Joshua Kelley, RB, Chargers (4%)
  4. Geno Smith, QB, Seahawks (55%)
  5. Jakobi Meyers, WR, Patriots (57%)
